    I bought a life size replica skull that dentist students use for training off e-bay like this one.



    You can swivel the top of the skull round and use it as a plant pot.

    I also put bottles of whisky in it, have kept it on my bedside table, a book end, above the TV, or just lying around.

    Its very versatile. I love it. Its a friendly momento mori.

    I too am collecting these things. I recognized the "do-it-yourself" syringe for diabetics in your collection, I have another one. Best things in my collection: A German WW1 surgical set for use on the battlefield, and an anaestetics set for use in the field, from the WW1 era. Wanna get rid of your tonsils? I have the machine!
