In the second video, there is no distortion due to camera zoom, nor signs of parallax as the video pans around the buildings. And the most telling part is that the 'flare' from the street lights, does not alter as the camera tilts and pans. So the conclusion is that CGI has been superimposed on a still image, the guy debunking this even found the source of the picture. The person who made the second video forgot to add the flash in the video.
