Not at all. If anything FF4 is faster compared to 3.6.x

Weird. Mine has gone bonkers today and nothing has been changed. Might have to reinstall or sumpin.

At least I have stacks of other browsers for backup. Hey ho.

Hey Os...is it an add-on problem?

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I remain.

I've been using firefox 4 for ages, I was a beta tester. And the forums have always been working fine, but they've still not fixed the memory hog (leak) problem, it appears sometimes. I sometimes have to restart it or it gets buggy.

Yeah I've been using it since b6 or something. Can't remember exactly. Memory leak seems to be sorted for me. It's pretty good for RAM now. Does have the odd glitches in it though.

Maybe its my computer or something, but for me firefox uses about half a gig of ram, after I've been using it for about 30 mins. I think it might be due to me using auto-compete and password remember. I've not reset that for years.

Seems to stay pretty steady at a quarter of a gig for me.

Might be something to do with the OS? I'm still on XP. Gave the whole Vista debacle a miss and haven't bothered with 7 yet.

I used a hacked version, re-modded by a hacker, all the dlls changed etc. But then, all the other browsers work fine. I am just to scared to delete all my auto-completes, I think those are the ones creating the problem, but I mean mostly it does not matter, I have alot of free ram anyway. But it can get buggy though due to using too much ram.
