Proud To Be Girl, Really?

One thing always bothered me..Why Christian Countries are developed and rich while other countries are undeveloped? Are their brain bigger than us?No. Does size of brain makes people great? NO. Its thoughts size which make you Great. If you dont have freedom to think you cant progress.The best road to progress is freedoms road. The success of all christian countries can be said in just one word"Freedom". I dont need to tell why muslim countries failed.

What is identity of muslim women? Hizab? How many muslim women enjoy freedom? I know many muslim girl they are forced to wear Burkha. If you dont give freedom to your daughter, sister, wife then dont blame them for their failure. If there is no freedom in the heaven there is no point to go there. In jail you get everything food, shelter, cloth but only thing you dont get and that is freedom. Thats why we dont go there.

What i hurt in almost all major religion freedom is taken away from girl and gave only duties and responbilities where men got rigths only this is why men are more successful than women because women dont have freedom to progress. If you want progress you need freedom and if you need freedom dont be women because still men think if we gave freedom to women they will do evil things.

What is the mistake of parrot in the cadge?Parrot get punishment for being beautiful bird and in our civilized society women get same punishment for for being women. Why proud to be Women?

that question has many little questions in it Arman ., When you say Christian countries developed you are putting some time scale around it..

When did they start their development and how did they do it is the question? And in comparison to what nation and what culture is teh question..

were they developed before the birth of Christ??

were they developed during the beginning of Islamic era?? that is ~600BC??

were they developed 1000 years back?? are did that development start in 17, 18 and 19 century?? And what are the reasons behind it??

So we need to ask more questions around your question Arman., and why the heading of this subject is "Proud To Be Girl, Really?..

My answer from what I observe, is being proud is subjective. Some people can proudly strut around naked, or be proud to kill someone in the name of justice. For muslim women regardless of what society thinks, they are taught and convinced that they are in a better position than other women. it makes perfect sense to them, which it is hard to understand.

Interestingly, in a video, I heard that apparently tribes in Saudia Arabia were run by women, and when Muhammad came, and tried to assimilate them into Islam, his followers complained because the women did not like being under men. Women use to have multiple husbands and child custody was solely theirs. In fact there were societies around the world in historic times that were matriarchal(run by women) Abrahamic religions )(Islam Christianity and Islam) equally ruined the idea that women help any significant power other than popping out children, and for sexual pleasure for her husband when he wanted it. Then essentially tricking them into believing that they are better off under the protective care of a man, and that he has his roles and they have theirs.

This is hurdle that Western countries over came faster than Islamic countries, which they are still trying to hold onto the separation of the sexes. For a society to thrive, you need everyone to equally contribute their intellect. Which is why western countries get ahead because we put people in the workforce, based on their skill not gender.

We no longer live in a world in which the tribe with the most children is the strongest. Which is where this idea of women staying at home making as much babies and taking care of the family came from. Countries thrive on intellect and scientific development, which has no gender limit. And the West is advancing faster in science and thus becoming stronger, while the Middle East holds on to tribal ideals, which is keeping them back.

Like I said, people can be proud of different things even though we might think it's crazy. A slave can be proud to be a slave, if he is well taken care of. Vs someone who is free and starving. It's all subjective.

As has been pointed out there are many factors to be considered here.

"Proud to be a girl, really?" Is perhaps an odd title for the subject at hand for at least very limiting to the subject of how and why nation surpass others.

A good current example of a nation that is making rapid financial progress that blows the Christian nation theory out of the water is China.

There is perhaps good evidence that some of the problems in the USofA is that to many women are in the work force thereby leaving many children unattended or under attended. This lending to poor school attendance and achievement as well the increase in juvenile crime. Indeed the role of stay at home parent could be filled by the father however in most cases it isn't.

As to the claim that religions subjugate women I can not speak to that on general terms as there are way to many religions. But as to the Bible specifically there is nothing in it that would stop a women from pursuing any secular career a man would seek or vise versa. There are many examples of women conducting there own businesses in the Bible. If there are people who would like to believe the misrepresentation of the subject that is not the fault of the truth that does exist but the fault of those who don't look for it.

Ruuuuuuubbbbbbbiiiishhhhhh. If that were the deciding factor then in the middle east where 90% of women stay at home, the level of education would've been the highest. The reason you're getting beaten by china is that they put a lot more emphasis on education, especially maths & science, compared to you.

Also there's plenty of other countries in europe where single parents are common, e.g sweden, finland, even japan, and they're doing better than the US as well.

It has to do with the level of education provided and the emphasis put on it, not with how many parents are at home or what their sex is.
