Of course I was then treated to a long lecture on how one must never question the wisdom of God, and how this can lead to Satan playing with my mind, and that it's Allah's wisdom sometimes beyond our understanding and we should simply say "We hear and we obey".

Lol I had to write an essay arguing against those experiments this year, but I remember when reading about Asch's introducing a dissenter into the group, creating waves that reduced confority so dramatically, and comparing them to ex muslims.

It makes sense that Islam demands apostates be killed, if you let dissent run riot it reduces your own control.
