I read a while ago that someone (may have been the same guy) had successfully altered the development of a chick embryo so that it started to develop the precursors of teeth, and its bill was split instead of fused; but that that he had to abort the embryo at an early stage due to laws.

So this guy probably won't get to see his wish before he dies, I can't see US laws changing that much. Unless of course he goes to India or China, I expect their laws are a bit more lapse.

I don't come here any more due to unfair moderation.
