Hide IP From Brother

I was looking for a way of hiding my ISP when registering and sending PMs from an Islamic Site. Is this possible?

Basically, I have found a post that my brother has made on an Islamic forum in which he mentioned that he is doubting Islam and looking for advice thnkyu

Over the past few months he has become a more devout and practising Muslim, which wouldn't be so bad if our family were not from a Salafi/Wahabi background. I was worried about the changes he was making, but after seeing that post I want to register and PM him to talk to him about apostasy as I'm worried the dawahgandists on there might convince him to stick with Islam. I am unsure as to how along the path he is to leaving so I don't want to approach him in person because my anonymity would be comprised. More importantly however he doesn't really take advice from me so that would be pointless anyway. I also would like to remain anonymous from administrators of the site in case he was to report my PM to them. I have had an account on that site previously were I was younger and more liberal with my location and identity, so I don't want them getting a hold of my IP.

The whole thing reminds me of myself before I left, so I think I could really help. My first reaction was also to post on an Islamic forum asking for advice because I was so desperate to believe, but thankfully the dawahgandists are generally pretty crap and dismissive of a Muslim with doubts, so it didn't work. However, I can't be sure that my brother will not fall for their crap. For me simply being aware that you are not alone in rejecting the veracity of Islam's claims and this site makes apostasy easier.

I'd really appreciate help with this.
