Mairee Jagha panee kai undher hai   ----> My Place is in the water.

This is the closest i can get.

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living

    ^ Yeah that's pretty close.

    I belong into water?

This sentence needs a bit of context... is it spoken by a male or female (urdu is a very gendered language).

What is the meaning supposed to be? Is it that I am "from" the water? Or that I "should be"in water?

The urdu translation will vary based on the context.

"Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused."
