Typical BS from the left when it comes to Islam
Seriously, who even expects anything different from these guys anymore. How could such liberal people support such illiberal nonsense? If this involved Christianity rather than Islam, they'd probably be the loudest and most outraged about it.

Could make a joke out of this sort of thing.
"How bad does something have to be before the Guardian will condemn it?"
"Depends. Is it white people doing it, or non-white people doing it?"

I did hear a good joke the other day.
"How many politically correct people does it take to change a light bulb?"
"Look, I don't know, but that's just not funny."

Come to think of it, widespread and large-scale polygamy would have a very negative impact on society. It would,, without a doubt, be a social problem.
Why? I don't mind having two or three husbands.
Lol no, but really what reasons are you thinking?

That's polyandry, not polygamy.

K, but the alimony bills after the divorces are going to be a killer.

Nah, polyandry is shit too. I vaguely remember this segment on tv about this woman with two partners and it was beyond weird; they had a child and chose not to find out who fathered it and they apparently all loved each other. It was weird, I tell ya. The men seemed so servile and pathetic, like they worshipped her or something, though of course plenty of women would love that

I can't be bothered so here's an article that sums it up nicely:

It's a shame because the Guardian would be excellent if not for its split personality. It's such a contradictory, morally craven creature when it comes to religion.
Too fucking busy, and vice versa.

Why were these sharia courts allowed in the first place anyway? What was the justification for allowing these sharia courts?
