So I found this link on Saif Rahman's website where it shows a document about how a prominet Imam became an ex muslim.

The problem is that it is in Arabic.

Does anyone know if there is an English translation of this ?

Oh how badly do we need ex muslim imams to publish works criticizing Islam and have them translated into english for the non arab ex muslims to read as well as to distribute among the atheist/skeptic community to use when debating muslims.

Yeah, see this thread. There was a project on this very forum to translate it. Hassan was doing the arabic. Not sure how far the project went.
