^ Well, I did admit to being weird in that post but really? He'd have a consistent sexual relationship with a stranger? I might be too sheltered then, because I wouldn't have thought that was typical.

Well in university the girls and guys seem to be both equally horny. I'm just gonna say hi introduce myself and ask the girl out for coffee or something and then a date or two later get intimate if the attraction is mutual.

And meeting someone less than ten times is not "knowing them relatively well".

And if you think people in uni don't have sex with other random people in uni you haven't been to university. lol

Guys and girls hook up with people they just met at parties like all the time.

I've completed my first year at uni (finish last exams now). I couldn't approach girls this year because of my high level of social anxiety/nervousness but I have improved that significantly so by next year I shouldn't have a problem with approaching girls.

I've went from being terrified of starting a convo with a stranger (guy or girl) and now I can easily say hi, strike a convo with random guys at least.

I will try to get some confidence by just striking up convos with girls in summer school so I'm ready for next year.

In my opinion a life without curiosity is not a life worth living

I get you now, lol. I'm just not into casual r/ships so its weird for me to understand but I get ya. It's just different personalities; I can tell pretty quickly whether or not I like someone, and I could fall in love with a guy I've been on ten dates with, that doesn't seem like an awfully short amount of time to me.

One-night-stands are different from casual relationships though.

I tend to stick to the academic side of things when it comes to uni so yeah I'm sheltered
