That article describes getting a degree from Germany, where most classes are taught in English. Apparently the application process is easier, too.
I remember reading last year that education is free in Norway, too, but that those courses are all in Norwegian.
Just in case anyone needs to get away for their education.

When I became adult and realized that higher education costs a fortune in some countries, I could not understand the point and was grateful that not only is education free... but I actually get paid to study.
