I found this video on YouTube. It's a few months old but I don't think it was shared on this forum. It seems it was organised on Twitter.
Jaimie (who started this old thread) is quite a gem. Much respect to her and the work she does.

Do they have some sort of schedule of what time and date the google hangouts will take place ?

No idea. This particular hangout session was organised among Twitter members, it seems, There have been other global meetups over Skype or Hangout organised on Reddit; focussed more on building a community and socialising/getting to know one another. If another one is planned, and I hear about it, I will post a thread here about it.
