yeah that basically accepts the definition of them not being Muslims, pretty sad

That heading should be "PAKISTAN declares takfir on Ahmadiyas"

In Fact Pakistan declared Ahmadiya sect as takfir in 1980s, Now after Musharraf left Pakistan presidency in 2008, local Sunni Mullahs with bunch of good for nothing worthless work-less criminals declare any Muslim guy who opposes him as takfir... unbeliever or kafir. or apostate and what not. In Pakistan often Shias and Ahmadiys get that label from rogues of Islam preaching in Mosques.
