He was only 56. We were coincidentally reviewing The Young Ones and had made it to series 2. My daughter has been reciting his poem about pollution. This is a complete surprise.

What a massive shame. He was absolutely bursting with personality and eccentricity. One of the most recognisable comedy actors Britain has produced.

Fond memries of watching The Young Ones with my parents and we would all be in hysterics as to the slapstick antics of the loud mouthed Vivien, who was studying to become a doctor no less.

No free mixing of the sexes is permitted on these forums or via PM or the various chat groups that are operating.
