    I think are you confusing people criticising your religious views or arguments with opposition. I for one support a tamed version of Islam which you argue for. However this does not mean I do not think it is any less man-made than other religious view. Also you have to realize many people hold their own religion as true, especially the big 3 As. You are not going to find people supporting a religion which they think is false or worse created by Satan in some Christian views.
