It is true morally that American Policy appears to be reprehensible., but ground realities of on that BLOODY LAND that AMRIKA used to win over cold war .. so those children are the victims cold war.. and infact that American soldier also victim of that cold war..

Hateful as it is, I don't really see what else the Americans could do.
