    Back in late 2008 (December) I was in a car accident, I was a passenger when the driver cut into take a left and smashed into another car, 3 weeks later I had neck pain, about 2 weeks ago I went for a medical and in the report it says it will take me 9 - 12 months to fully recover, I received  latter about a week ago from my solicitors who said they are going to contact the insurance company and ask them to give me a reasonable compensation for my injures, the latter said they have 21 days to give us the offer...

    Now how long does it actually take to get the check in the post? as I am feed up with it now, I need to give my sister money before she finds out I spent her money. Max I have is 2 months or she will find out.
