Darby launches curfew crackdown

DARBY BOROUGH ? Borough officials declared a state of emergency Thursday night following several nights of gunplay on streets in the Third Ward.

A 9 p.m. curfew for adults and juveniles is now in effect along Main Street, from Front Street to Fifth Street, extending to Greenway Avenue. All of the streets are located in the Third Ward?s Second Precinct.
