When i click that option - Insert image ..it comes as

So i must paste the image link between ?

Yes, you can put the direct URL for the image between these tags:
[img][/img]

You know,If you tell that quote("Animals do not have gods, they are smarter than that.") to a religious person.Sure They will say... animals cant think..alright.But GOD is the one who created them
