    The mens who rapes/Kills must be heavily punished.No mercy should be shown for them.In my view,These kinds of Bastards should be sentenced to Death.I dont feel anything wrong in that.

    In all countries it is Happening...

    When and Who will stop all these bad things ?

    When will be the End for rape,killings ?

    Is it going to continue forever ?

    Is there anyway,People in Higher positions can Join Together and do something for these ?
    Bringing any Rule ?
    Something ?
