How to extract the audio from a Youtube clip ?

I want to download this song, extract the audio, and then convert it to .mp3

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntm1YfehK7U

It's one of those songs where the live version is better than the original studio recording. Any help would be appreciated.

Here you go:

Time-Pink_Floyd.mp3 - 3.15MB

How did I do it? I downloaded the video from YouTube and then used this command on Linux:
ffmpeg -i Time-Pink_Floyd.mp4 Time-Pink_Floyd.mp3
German ex-Muslim forum — My YouTube — List of Ex-Muslims —
Wikis: en – de – fr – ar – tr

Try fetchMP3.com if you are using windows.
