So here r the first 2 I've tried to decode them  dance The reading was pretty harsh, but I managed to go through it in nearly 2 hours:
Note: the current day verse indicator comes after the verse. So when I say:   ...Us concerning the people of Lot(74)Indeed, Abraham was forbearing...  the number 74 refers to the number of the earlier verse, not the latter.

Surat Al-nahl (Chapter: 16). Verses: Part of 90 to 93 and after
    verse 94.
...immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded(90)And fulfill the covenant of Allah when you have taken it, [O believers], and do not break oaths after their confirmation while you have made Allah , over you, a witness. Indeed, Allah knows what you do(91)And do not be like she who untwisted her spun thread after it was strong [by] taking your oaths as [means of] deceit between you because one community is more plentiful [in number or wealth] than another community. Allah only tries you thereby. And He will surely make clear to you on the Day of Resurrection that over which you used to differ(92)And if Allah had willed, He could have made you [of] one religion, but He causes to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And you will surely be questioned about what you used to do(93) * after that only the beginning of verse 94. this one is at the edge, couldn't read it*

There are actually division marks on these (notice the coffee colored circles, one of them is big and the rest are tiny). It is seen that he sometimes writes the letter [KŠf] separated from the word but in its place above the word. The [Hamza] of the letter [’Alif] has been written in the form of a blue circle in its location from the [’Alif].

Surat Hud (chapter 11) . Verses: Part of 80 to 87 and part of 88.
...in a strong support *I saw no verse indicator whatsoever. It could be the cause of erosion, or maybe bcuz of something else  lipsrsealed * (80)  The angels said, "O Lot, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you. So set out with your family during a portion of the night and let not any among you look back - except your wife; indeed, she will be struck by that which strikes them. Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?" *this one had a verse indicator. Notice the first cofee brown circle* (81) So when Our command came, We made the highest part [of the city] its lowest and rained upon them stones of layered hard clay, [which were] *this one had none. I'm pretty sure with that. the words منضود or manthood, the last word in verse 82; and مسومة or mossawamma, the beginning word of verse 83. They had no division marker between them* (82) Marked from your Lord. And Allah 's punishment is not from the wrongdoers [very] far  *again. no indicator* (83)And to Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. And do not decrease from the measure and the scale. Indeed, I see you in prosperity, but indeed, I fear for you the punishment of an all-encompassing Day *no indicator* (84) And O my people, give full measure and weight in justice and do not deprive the people of their due and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption *no indicator* (85)

Now the nex 2 verses need a special  explanation for them:
In the curent qur'an, the verses 86 and 87 are written like this:
What remains [lawful] from Allah is best for you, if you would be believers. But I am not a guardian over you (86) They said, "O Shu'ayb, does your prayer command you that we should leave what our fathers worship or not do with our wealth what we please? Indeed, you are the forbearing, the discerning! (87)
But in the sana'a scriptures, if my eyes don't fail me and the second circle in the hues of coffee is infact a verses indicator (notice the messy circle), then verses 86 and 87 are scribbled like this:
What remains [lawful] from Allah is best for you, if you would be believers (86) But I am not a guardian over you. They said, "O Shu'ayb, does your prayer command you that we should leave what our fathers worship or not do with our wealth what we please? Indeed, you are the forbearing, the discerning! (87) this one too had no indicator
Now if this was a Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, I will be ok with it, but this is suposed to be from a God, and no, no matter how redicolous this flaw may seem, I am not ok with it. the scribe actually took a sentence from a verse and moved it into another verse. Or actually, since these scripturesare before ours, maybe we moved this sentence into the next verse. Not that Holy and unchanging book as muslims claim it to be  wacko

The rest of the scripture is:
He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I am upon clear evidence from my Lord and He has provided me with a good provision from Him... ? And I do not intend to differ from you in that which I have forbidden you; I only intend reform as much as I am able. And my success is not but through Allah...(88) I have no notes on this one.

Some words from UNESCO: It seems that the copyist was not skilled or talented enough. In spite of its following the rules of writing in [Kšf£] script, yet the general appearance suggests his noncompetence. He wrote the names of the [Sšrah] in a thicker yellow or gilded script. His artistic skills are also moderate as the five or ten verses indicators are not drawn competently. There are traces of strong erosion at the botton of the second fragment.

Would love to do more, but I have Final Exams  Cry , so I'll do the rest after the exams or when I'm not busy during it.  bunny

Any chance you could upload an image with the text highlighted red/green whenever the verse changes?  I'd like to compare the Arabic myself against quranexplorer.com

U mean photoshop it? Cuz I'm not really good at these stuff and I don't think u'll ever manage through it. There r no dots and the way the scribe writes is weird. For Example: he sometimes writes the letter Kaff ك like dall د without the hamza ء , so i think it'll be useless.
And BTW I already wrote about the existance of verses indicators and the switching of a sentence from verse to the next one (check the underlined sentences). That's what I noticed.
And I don't think you can judge the spelling of the dude who wrote this, cuz the spelling may have evolved and changed over the centuries.

The underlined sentences in your text look the same to me.

Re photoshop: Just a red dot over the first letter of each new verse would be great!

The words in the underlined sentences didn't change. The positions changed. In the nowaday qur'an, it is in verse 86. But in The san'a manuscript, it is in verse 87. Which is, if I was a muslim, quite blasphemous

The answer to your question, why the manuscripts took too long to be published to the public, I found it in Wiki:
More than 15,000 sheets of the Yemeni Qur'ans have been flattened, cleaned, treated, sorted, and assembled. They await further examination in Yemen's House of Manuscripts. Yet that is something Islamic authorities seem unwilling to allow. Puin suggests, "They want to keep this thing low-profile, as we do, although for different reasons."[2]

Puin, and his colleague Graf von Bothmer, an Islamic historian, have published short essays on what they discovered. They felt that when the Yemeni authorities realize the implications of the find, they would refuse further access - a prediction that soon came through. Von Bothmer, however, in 1997 shot 35,000 microfilm pictures of the fragments, and has brought the pictures back to Germany. The texts will soon be[clarification needed] scrutinized and the findings published freely. Puin wrote: "So many Muslims have this belief that everything between the two covers of the Qur'an is Allah's unaltered word. They like to quote the textual work that shows that the Bible has a history and did not fall straight out of the sky, but until now the Qur'an has been out of this discussion. The only way to break through this wall is to prove that the Qur'an has a history too. The Sana'a fragments will help us accomplish this."

So it seems that muslim scholars are now  mimicking what the Catholic Church did and still does: fabricating and decieving people of the faith.

Do you want it like this TheRationalizer ( Sorry for my ignorancy in Photoshoping and my shaky hand, and hell no I'm not going to use red dots cuz the manuscript is already full with it  Smiley ) :

ok, I have spent 2 hours to compare the text line by line. Tried to made sense most of it.  The only issue I see so far is Kaaf and Daal are represented same way.

I know. i pointed that already up there. But i don't think there r anything misleading and suspicious things in these manuscripts published by unisco. There r nearly 15000 sana'a scriptures. And like I said (look at my earlier post regarding wiki article), i read from wikipedia this: " the Yemeni authorities realize the implications of the find, they would refuse further access.
So this whole 2 hours of urs Muddy and mine may turn out in vainte]

Ali, thanks for your great work in scrutinizing these  Afro

No wonder that the yemeni authorities are trying to hide them, but i'm glad that they were able to take photos and take them away. I can't wait for this to become common knowledge.
