Looks like the Muslim version of Doomsday Preppers

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

I wouldnt live there of course, but I dont see anything wrong with it, plus what harm can come from them doing it? Plus I would pay for my mum to move there, just so she's far away from me  Cheesy

Ya thats one of the reason that I dont think the americans would ever agree to this happening. Im sure if they find out they'd do everything in their power to stop it from happening.

I don't think so. The nuts that are creating this look more interested in fighting on horseback:

I am personally convinced that these "modern times" with all its technical achievements will come to an end soon! A war fought like nowadays, where some guys sitting in Los Angeles, drinking beer and eating fries, are shooting missiles at "insurgents" in Afghanistan by remote control from unmanned drones, with coffee break and going home at 5pm, will not be the way a war is fought at the coming of Isa a.s., who will get on a white horse and not on an off-road vehicle made in US! An EMP effect caused by a nuclear war or a sun storm, an economic collapse or all together, will beam us back in time, and cavalry and bravery will be once again the deciding factor in the greatest battle of all time insyaAllah, Malhama al-Kubra! Better start training now or you will have to walk ;-)!

The Taliban are far more practical than these guys.

exactly what I was thinking. Somehow I dont see anyone from the west going there, the muslims here are too confortable and even if this becomes as close to shariah as possible they still are going to make excuses as to why they wont go.

    Quote
1885, the North West Frontier. Rudyard Kipling is witness to a British army action to repress a local uprising. And to a terrifying intervention by a squadron of tanks from 2137. Before the full impact of this extraordinary event has even begun to sink in Kipling, his friends and the tanks are, themselves flung back to the 4th century and the midst of Alexander the Great's army. Mankind's time odyssey has begun. It is a journey that will see Alexander avoid his premature death and carve out an Empire that expands from Carthage to China. And it will present mankind with two devastating truths. Aliens are amongst us and have been manipulating our past and our future. And that future extends only as far as 2137 for that is the date Earth will be destroyed. This is SF that spans countless centuries and carries cutting edge ideas on time travel and alien intervention. It shows two of the genre's masters at their groundbreaking best.

It is drastic, but its just a more extreme manifestation of a mindset of some Muslims to turn away from the modern world with all its diversity and cosmopolitanism and 'corrupting' influences and seek to avoid 'contamination' and make a separate space exclusively for Islam which you see in different contexts.

You know what? As long as they do that peacefully I dont see why they shouldnt be allowed to.

Then we can get rid of all the strict muslims who are always complaining about North America being so haram, its a win win situation  grin12
