It was after my mum married my muslim stepdad.  She had already 'reverted' to islam.  I was too young (I was 6) to really understand what was going on, all I knew was that my mum changed the way she dressed and she started praying.  I went along with it because it seemed like the thing to do, my parents and my stepdad's parents were fussing all over me and everyone was nice about it (Giving me nice bright hijabs, all that sort of thing).  It was only later that things started changing.

Proof of the miraculous nature and divinity of Quod Sum Eris.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

Safi  greetings ..  your story reverberates in the lives of millions of folks across the globe. Some are still living and some are dead.  But you are lucky  and be happy that you are not boy.  They only gave you nice looking bright hijabs,  they didn't take away anything from you... lol..,   Kids from mixed religious families especially Islam being one of the religion often get best of both sides and if you are unlucky you also get worst of both sides.. That is life.. Take it or live it.

Do not let silence become your legacy.. Question everything
I renounced my faith to become a kafir,
the beloved betrayed me and turned in to  a Muslim
