    It's rather frightening that she may not have access to this knowledge. Skin growing where you didn't have skin before, cramps, infections, hips widening, breasts growing, new pains she won't understand, fucking hell. They need to be aware of what's going to happen, but with the modesty (shame) culture, probably just figure they're some kind of freak. Come into the 21st century Pakistan. It's nice here.
