Peace vs. Human Rights: Settling with the Taliban

I am in the process of downloading it since I don't want to stream it:

It appears to be an interest discussing between balancing the need to bring peace to Afghanistan whilst at the same time how one can bring about peace with an 'organisation' whose views are anti-thetical to human rights.
