I had a drink last night after not drinking for about 3 months, it was good. But I am thinking of retiring from drinking. I don't see the appeal to it anymore, I think I end up drinking too much and have a bad comedown in the morning. I don't think it is worth the trouble to be honest, I used to like getting drunk. Now I hate the feeling of not being in control I want to be in control. Just going to stick to cocaine.

Every time I consume alcohol I always wake up feeling fresh and wonderful

Though I do not overdo it which might have a connection. I have rarely been pissed (if not ever).

The funniest thing I find when I or others drink is the whole thinking; "If I just slow down and be careful, nobody can tell its affecting me".

Try it with warm water and a spoonful of brown sugar for a relaxing nightcap. Good for when you're not feeling well too.
