    I'm not stressed out about exams at all, I have high grades in all my classes and I can pretty much land an E on all my exams and keep straight A's (A is highest grade and E is the lowest, not sure how grades are done in other places)

    ^ I was like that for my final year but getting a low grade in one module just makes you look lazy (and maybe, rightly so!). Dont you want to end on a running streak?

    I have to actually try to score that low on an exam, most likely I will score much higher. Good luck on your last exam.

    Congrats! From my experience, usually a second interview mean you're 80% in.

    Not even close, unless you can say the sum of the other candidates chances are 20%, which is impossible as there is usually another candidate

    At best its 50% and thats if only one other candidate made it to 2nd interview, otherwise its usually 33% if 3 made it (=100%/No. of candidates).

    Which makes it even worse.  How can you pass on your  success rate statistics onto her unless you are the same, and going for the same job? 

    If the same 80% statistic applies to all the other candidates too, then more than one person will be selected for a single job?

    How do you mean?

    I meant that if she got a job and financial security it would make it easier for her to come out to her parents.

    I'm guessing vaguely here, but I was thinking if Peru did not have job security (God forbid), her parents might be more happy to let her go with her boyfriend.  Anyway, let's not talk about her in these terms.  lipsrsealed
