Not in that sense no. But ask him his views on secularism, democracy (not voting just man making laws) nationalism or anything else its "kufr" and best/worst of all he calls 9/11 the "blessed manhattan raids"----that does scare me lol

You should dump him and go out with Iblis.

She mentioned the Prophet (pbuh) and the khulafa rashidun..........does that mean she supports an Islamic state? If she does I don't think she'll be allowed to walk around hijabless and remain a fashion designer.

Iblis seems to loud and immodest to me (no offence iblis) so he's not my type  Smiley I'm 19 and he just turned 20. I don't know why he's like that. Usually he'll never talk about religion but if you get started on politics that's when the islamist rhetoric starts so I never talk to him about politics.

Ppl always say "if there was a God there wouldn't be poverty" or stuff like that. Isn't there a verse or summat that says Allah doesn't wrong ppl and its ppl that wrong themselves? In a way that's true. If you look at the world today: If the amount of money thats spent on war and weapons was given to Africa and other "third world" nations there wouldn't be no poverty! We're talking about $1 trillion here every year.

Anyway back on the subject of Hijabs and fashion, after going to Folk Fest you'd be surprised about how many hipster non-muslims wear Hijabs. They're all what I call the "Bhutto" style hijabs (i.e. very loose and halfway down your hair), but there were so many white people wearing them. It's the new cool thing to do.

In India, women have been wearing so called "the French or Russian style head scarfs" for a very long time. They call it dupatta. Benazir Bhutto used to wear dupatta. Dupattas are worn in many colours. They are worn loosely to accentuate the beauty of the face and show of well coiffed hairdo. In the olden days, the scarfs used to be modest but now a days they are more for statement.
