Oh no I might have to go to the mosque ... arrghhhhh ... finishes at 23.15 ... somebody hand me over a Terminator style visual contact lens that I can put in my eye so I can continue surfing the Internet and do other work!! I will pay good money for one.  Smiley

I'm pretty sure there was some sort of invention that's basically a contact lens with a screen to watch stuff, or something... don't remember, but heard of it somewhere, lol.

I didn't have spinach pie. In fact, the food was surprisingly unsatisfying, yesterday night :S It was probably because I didn't cook it and my mother was rather sick (she gets horrible migraines and throws up every first day of fasting). I shall have to put an end to this this afternoon!

Yeah... the food was terrible. The bakery around here shuts down during the day and when they open up (around iftar) the food reaaaally sucks! All the baked goods are dried out and not fresh  finmad

My Mom was too sick to cook too

Hey RIBS! I'm quite busy these days with my full-time job. Since I moved back home I need to commute to work and stuff, so I'm usually too shattered to do much these days (and have a lack time too) hence why I don't frequent these forums much anymore. Life is good though Smiley Everything at home is back to normal, I can see my bf 3 times a week. I still have a lack of freedom though which really does suck. Oh well, I'll just have to suck it in for another 2 years then get married. It's a small price to pay.

Good to hear things are going well, Peru. A couple of years will fly by, I'm sure.

I had a really shitty job at the time we were saving to get married, being at home was driving her mad. I took buses and ate little more than cornflakes for a year or so to raise the funds. It's shitty but since you're struggling towards something important it doesn't feel so hard, ime. How's the coding job going? Let me know when you're ready to be headhunted. Wink

Pants I'll have to fast tomorrow. Weekend. Not going into uni. Unless I can nip into the supermarket, indulge in those BBQ chicken legs in the car, before heading back home and not speaking a word to ensure my breath doesn't give it away ...  whistling2

Don't eat anything that'll leave a smell on your breath, especially bbq, that stuff has a pretty during smell!

Carry tooth brush, tooth paste and dental floss with you. Sneak into the city or school library washroom and brush away the evidence before going home.

lol - no school tomorrow though - yes it's a pretty bad idea come to think of it ... but those BBQ chicken legs are sooo goooood!

I'll probably go to a nearby coffee shop and have porridge. Glorious porridge!!

There's always little bags of seeds, I stow them for business trips when I'm not sure how the veggie food is in the country I'm going. Keeps your hunger at bay quite well, I find.

I've been buying (and gaining loyalty stamps) on the "oatie breakfast" every morning at a stand at London Bridge train station, and it seems they sell their products at a local supermarket nearby. Sorted. Yum. Grabbing this after a swim in the morning. It's all good!  Afro
