     Cheesy

    I got this email from a friend where he says that for health reasons I should not drink while standing. He said that a doctor he knows (a Muslim doctor of course) has told him that when standing the water will rush quickly to the stomach and hit its walls due to hieght, while during sitting the water runs gently to the floor of the stomach and hence does not casue irritation to the stomach. I laughed at him and send him this:

    Actually come to think of it, Muslims always claim that Farting Fasting and Praying has much health benifets that we should continously practice them.

    Interestingly, I asked my mother the other day, why she has bad knees just like most of the people we know. They all seems to have back problem and knee pains although the pray and fast alot. She looked at me as if I was the devil!  signmuahaha

    Its absolutely true. The knee joint is a very sensitive spot if you bend it that way repeatedly a lot. Salat is extremely bad for knee health and bending it like that is unatural.

    Besides, bending over 5 times a day is pretty gay.

    I think that could be correct to some degree. Maybe if the piss hits the toilet for 5000 years, maybe then we can see some effect.

    However, with the "drinking while sitting or standing" issue, the distance from your mouth to the stomach does not change!

    I remember when I was doing my Civil Service exams back in March (results wont come out until September) and before the exams a lot of candidates would want to drink water. Now a lot of them would fill their glass up from the cooler and sit down at the nearest possible seat to drink slowly. Taking their time, whilst sitting, because its Sunnah.

    And here I was sitting next to that very seat near the cooler with a smirk on my face quietly going "Muslims....tell them eating shit is Sunnah convincingly and they will do it".

    There is this Hadeath about dipping flys that fall in the water and drink it. Now I wonder where was that fly standing before you dipped it in the water?

    Yeah, I got told off for drinking whilst standing before.

     actually did u know that fly have wings that are clean something to do with antibacterial properties in them. so its actually good for u to dip flys like that

    Researches and scientists proved that in the flies' stomach there are some parasites in the form of circular cells. These cells contain of a specific enzyme. In no time, those cells spread out to the surface of the fly through the joints of its stomach. Due to an inner pressure of each cell (caused for example by drowning the fly), it explodes and results its contents in a form of a liquid spray of this enzyme which has strong properties and abilities to dissolve all microbes. By drowning the fly, the inner pressure of the cell is occurred, so the enzyme will come out and kill all the bacteria caused by the fly and this is why Islam demands drowning the fly

    so i dont believe thats false? what u guys think?

    It's bullshit. Flies are some of the dirtiest insects we know, probably carry as many pathogens as mosquitos. For fucks sake they LOVE shit, they're attracted to pungent odours such as H2S (usually found in shit). How anybody be so stupid? Why do you think you're told to cook anything you eat? to kill bacteria. Mo was obviously too stingy to waste water that a fly landed in or something.

    Yes, it's total "bullshit". There is no need for you to do any research into the matter Abbas.

    In fact, after reading your post I realized just how stupid I was and left Islam.
