    @ IA

Ok, so let's concentrate on this. If He shown Himself then you will be forced to believe, right?

I'm not sure if that's your question? Are you asking why doesn't He force us to believe? Because showing Himself is as good as forcing you to believe.

This is incorrect. I can choose to believe even after I see a miracle. Even after God shows himself. It won't change the neurons in my brain. You could say it would be stupid, foolish etc, and people had a choice before and still choose to disbelieve. But there are people that believed as well when miracles were made.

    So no, do not agree.

That would not be free speech.  Seriously, if I am barred from a conversation on a public forum I will leave.  I mean it.  Not because I give a damn about your crappy thread, but because I refuse to be singled out.

When others were commenting on your chat everything was fine, when I commented suddenly you wanted control over comments.  No, fuck it, if you don't want a public debate do it on MSN and then post the log.

Yes, thankyou Aziz for helping him to single me out, thankyou for participating in victimisation of an individual.  Thanks a lot.  Let's ban jokes about Muhammad while we are in the process of censorship.

    lol

What's this got to do with censorship and making jokes about Muhammad???

I should be the last person to be accused of advocating censorship.

    It's a one-on-one debate. Simple as that!

What has pissed me off is that it was not posted as a one-on-one discussion, but then as soon as *I* comment on it, suddenly it should be a one-on-one.  The purpose of it being one on one was simply to stop ME from commenting on it.  That is victimisation and censorship.

I don't dislike him, he dislikes me.  If he wants to talk in private, fine, do it.  If he wants a one-on-one then post in there, I never check that forum.  But to post in a public forum and then to only ask for it to be moved because *I* comment on it is in my opinion unacceptable.  Being exposed to people you dislike is one of the facts of talking on public forums, he should get over it, and I am disappointed that his request to censor me was granted.

It's not a request for censorship. He wanted a one-on-one debate and so when you posted in the thread he requested it be moved to one-on-one. Now no-one besides IA and he (and staff if they feel it necessary) may comment in that thread, per the rules of that sub-forum.

What's the big deal? I don't get why you are taking this personally.

I can see where TheRationalizer is coming from. I started the thread in the Religion and God sub-forum and I didn't intend it to be a one-on-one thing. He posted and then all out of the sudden Debunker got worked up and asked him to buzz off.

Don't get me wrong, I think it was a good idea to move the thread to the relevant section but I have a feeling Debunker was not concerned about the rules as much as he disliked TR.

The thread was called "Debunker and IA debate" - I was going to comment on it, but the title stopped me from doing so.  I guess DB called Rtzlr on it first, well its obvious he's got a bee in his bonnet about him for some reason or other.

Anyhow this doesnt change the fact that DB has got a major attitude problem with Rationlizer.  Cut it out DB!  I dont care if you have an issue with him, but I have never seen him be a fraction as rude to you as you are to him.

I really think you should apologise.
