Oh my, people here are so fit
i used to exercise 5 or 6 days a week, felt great, didn't get tired so easily. I stopped and whish i didn't. I want to start again but i always find some excuses.
Me:
Height: 164cm (between 5'4" and 5'5")
weight: 58kg (128pounds?)
Body fat: i have no idea. How do people measure it?
I lost 15kg (just over 30 pounds) in 3 months. I lost appetite, eat 2 small meals a day, usually no snacking. I haven't got the energy to exercise, get tired quickly. I'm lately very sleepy too, have many headaches.
Any ideas on getting appetite back? Just enough to have more energy and feel better.
