I'm feeling happier today so you can either take it or leave it. Emotional unavailablility will recommence 12 hours from now.

My mind runs, I can never catch it even if I get a head start.

It’s only a matter of time now before you’re beating up people and spitting on them. dance

With "X gonna give it to you" as my soundtrack, of course. As a tribute to the original pair more than anything Grin

Going to try out the insanity workout, I managed to get it for free from a friend who gave up on it. Let's see how hard it really is.

I've assembled enough motivation and have worked out since 3 days, lol let'see how long I'll feel motivated to do anything.
I'll probably end up lying in my bed and doing nothing...

Soreness is normal the first couple of weeks because your muscles are not used to making the kinda movements you make when working out. Make sure you start with light weights, because the first couple of weeks are supposed to be a warming up period.

What's the insanity program you're talking about?

It's gimmicky as hell but it's essentially an extreme version of high intensity interval training. You workout at an extreme intensity for 3 or so minutes followed by very minimal rest (like 30 seconds) and then you repeat.

This is good. If you start young and keep going you will have a far better quality of life. When your muscles are sore then you know you are using them!

From what it says it looks as though you don't need any equipment. That is how I like it. This would make my doctor happy.

The muscle pain has worn off. Now I need to increase the intensity.

When Im in the plank position my whole body starts to shake. Wtf...Im so weak
But for some odd reason this is the only exercise I like  Cheesy

Btw is it a good idea to buy a treadmill? Does anyone of you have it? If yes, how much did it cost?

You have a weak core. Stuff like Pilates can really help.

I'd recommend getting your diet in check, it's fundamental.

That's the hardset part though. My stress has been contributing to gorging myself with food.

I hate  having to read labels before eating anything. I'll change my diet gradually. Everytime Ive tried to make it all happen in one day, it resulted in me giving up and eating all I could.

Im taking it slow to adjust my system to the changes.

Not if you have bad joints, though. Some of the plyometric movements are torturous.

Good to know, as I have had osteoarthritis since age twenty. I better stick with parkour tag, pilates, and yoga.

If I had more time then I would love to do entire yoga workouts. I am only able to incorporate a few yoga movements into my workouts. The grounded feeling that yoga provides you with is imho, unrivaled.

I have always done more Pilates than Yoga, I have just started with it on the advice of my doctor. So far it has hurt my arthritis more than Pilates ever did, so I am trying to tweak all the poses involving feet and hands.

My children shall refer to me as Sir.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'
