    Could be due to lots of reasons, climate, central asian ancestry..  I love tanned skin on a girl.  Perhaps it's because I am very fair skinned and I can't get a tan myself which is absurd when my mother is naturally tanned and I live on an island in the middle of the fucking Med.

    Well, the big deal isn't that those kids don't listen to Bollywood or stuff like that. It's that they hate absolutely anything involving India. A bunch of North Indian girls I know are obsessed with being light skinned despite being raised in the west. If I ever have kids in the future, I'm going to make sure they don't inherit that light skin dark skin attitude.
