    Even as a muslim this argument didnt wash with me, as the fault lay with men not women.  Why not tell men to change (or get them to wear blindfolds or something when non-mahram are around), rather than telling the women to change?

    I'm not gonna stop talking to him just coz I disagree with what he thinks. I don't talk to him about religion or politics. He just comes on my channels and writes things like "salam 3laykum ya ukhti how are you on this blessed day?" lol and I reply.  My bf isn't close minded.

    Once he did say he doesn't care if Islam is divine or not* but he supports the "mujahideen" and shariah as a way of "ridding the Islamic world of impure beliefs" He doesn't believe 9/11 was a conspiracy he believes Osama did it.

    *that to me did suggest he was questioning Islam.

    I'm a virgin :E. Being a crazy salafi fundamentalist turned me into a social recluse for most of my school years so yeah, and I'm still sorta suffering from the inability to form relationships with people I've newly met in college. i.e. I can't get laid because I look too young to go into pubs.

    Some of my friends are asexual and whenever they were referred to the Doctor, they were deemed unhealthy and some sort of medical problem must be occurring. How do you deal with telling people that?

    I get it from my mom all the damned time. My dad is actually asexual and he sticks up for me. I think my mom is worried that I'll become a nun like her great-great aunt, but being a nun doesn't interest me. My doctors actually tell me I have nothing to be concerned about, since I'm not married, and love the fact I'm not engaging in sex with many people.
