    I lived in Detroit as a teen, We went across the river to Windsor, or London to drink and do other things under age for the U.S.

    I live an hour or two from B.C. now. I haven't had the chance to go anytime recently.

    The only good thing about those books, is that an economically depressed region of the state now gets more tourist dollars. From schmucks who desperately want the books to be reality. And come looking to make it real.  grin12

    Seattle is nice, to visit. I wouldn't want to live there. Too crowded, and you can't get around in a car very well, traffic sucks.

    On a good day I am about 30 minutes away. On a bad day, it's closer to 2 hours and 30 minutes. And there are more bad days than good, by far.

    Besides, there are interesting things to see and do all over the state. Not just Seattle.

    Haha nice thread how did I miss this :p anyways I feel foolish but I guess it's worth a shot. I am a Canadian 28 years old was born muslim from a Indian/hyderabadi family and am no longer Muslim. I'm looking for a girl who's like myself, the ethnicity isn't a big deal just as long as her family is Muslim or Muslim background and is either extremely openminded or an atheist would be ideal. I want a girl that would please my parents and what would please my parents is if she was Muslim but pseudo Muslim would work just fine haha.

    I would like to meet someone pretty, intelligent, and fun if your interested msg me and we can just take it from there. Hope this works. Smiley

    Muslim but not Muslim? Muslim family?
    The way you are looking for some 18th century daughter in law doesn't work in North America, and most of the Muslim marriages fail totally. You really need to jump into 21st century and find a better solution. You might not keep your parents happy but that's how it works.
