    Saathya: I get that comment a lot from locals of Detroit and Windsor. I am hired for Software Support and Development. But I do know there were 12 bids for this position and I won the bid because of my skill-set. Irony is, I haven't won any single bid in Canada for last 5 months. By the way, Ford and Chrysler are hiring recently (through agencies). Try your luck. Just that do not stay in one area, search for job in the whole country.
