    From National Geographic:

Photograph by Kacper Kowalski, Panos Pictures
    June 2013
Poland—As shadows lengthen near sunset, spring fields near Nowe erupt in a color riot. The photographer paraglided over Pomerania to get this abstract expressionist shot: a brushstroke of red poppy weeds flowering amid green grain sprouts.

Against the ruin of the world, there
is only one defense: the creative act.

`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

How big are they, Descent, do you know? Everything was usually much bigger than it is now, so I almost assumed the spider and bee/wasp was much bigger than the tiny things we have today Smiley

The publication states the amber piece was 12.0 mm, 5.4 mm, and 3.0 mm, at it's greatest height, width and depth respectively.

There is a sad story behind that picture yet I think it is so beautiful.. I going to get it framed..

Do not let silence become your legacy.. Question everything
I renounced my faith to become a kafir,
the beloved betrayed me and turned in to  a Muslim

The sad story is that the women in the picture are probably not the man's daughters, but his wives  Cry
