    The woman is so blessed in his view. The man can beat his wife if she refuses to have sex with him, but not in such a way as to make her as ugly as fuck so that he no longer wants to.

    My wife has always had a higher sex drive than me, especially when we first met.  Where should she go to get some if I refuse? Or can she beat me into submission? Or, as a woman, does she just have to put up with it?

    This Asshole beats his wife in a taxi! just go to 1:50 as the rest of the clip is boring chitchat. She says something I could not hear what it was, and he then slaps her across the face saying "Don't you ever reply". So I guess the poor thing wanted to say what she thought about the previous conversation, and she were not allowed by her husband!

    That looks a bit odd though. I mean what are the chances of there being a camera filming them, in that taxi, just when they have an argument?

    There are tv programmes in the UK and USA where they film in the taxi while they chat with people, at the end they tell them and get them to sign a permission slip to broadcast it.  Now if it is genuine then either

    A: He signed it
    B: They don't need to ask permission in that country
    C: He didn't sign it, but someone leaked it

    It does look a bit set up to me though.

    Depends on how often he beats her.   The way he did it in such a nonchalent manner, it looked like an habitual every day slap that he gave.

    It was a program that was aired during Ramadan, and I guess they pay them after-wards. So it is not fake unfortunately for the woman.

    Just because the tv programme is genuine (which I didn't dispute) doesn't mean that they didn't fake it for the purpose of advertising their programme.

    Well, obviously it doesn't matter whether the wife wants to have sex or not, as we all know there is no such thing as marital rape in Islam. So, if he's going to rape her, why not beat her as well so she'll see the error of her ways? Makes perfect sense.

    Why the fuck is that woman going to a Sharia court? "Man made" laws and institutions would protect her better than Sharia ever could. I hate it when people like her experience how shit Islam can be and continue to believe in it - leave Islam, woman! I think she's suffering the Islamic equivalent of Battered Wife Syndrome; no matter how unfair, unjust and cruel Islam is to you, you keep coming back.
