Loss of Hair Because of Hijab
    by Umm Zaid

Answer: It is true that wearing the hijab, especially if you wear it for many hours at a time, can cause your hair to both darken and thin. Rely on Allah subhannahu wa ta'ala. Take comfort in the knowledge that women, including our Muslim mothers, have been wearing veils for thousands of years. If hair loss was a major result of hijab, balding women would be a common sight in the Ummah. Whether you lose hair or not, insha'Allah, Allah ta'ala will reward you for following His Divine Command.

I hate this about Islam. Most Muslims abstain from something not because it is bad, but because it is forbidden by Allah.

You can't drink alcohol in this world but there will be rivers of wine in Jannah!

You can't have pre-maritial sex in this world, but you'll have an orgy in Jannah! WTF?

I used to know a woman who wears niqaab to hide her goitre.

^^ the wine doesn't get you intoxicated , so it's kinda doesn't serve it purpose , you can also do it with your wife and the bonus is that she's always a virgin , EACH TIME

I said yes, I do believe that if a woman wears a tight hijab day after day for hours on end it will over time lead to hair loss.  I see many women who have lost hair due to having it pulled back too tightly in a bun or braid for too many years.

What, then, is the point of Jannah? I drink specifically to get intoxicated.

Perhaps she was an extra & slightly embrassed about being filmed (why she glances across to see if camera is rolling) - she's holding something black (perhaps a notebook) to cover her face and is nattering to herself to keep herself focused & calm.

It might not make perfect sense, but makes more sense to me than his suggestion of a time traveller.    When in doubt Occam it  Afro

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

LOL internet rumor is that the woman who wrote that QA has left Islam and her hair - which she wore under hijab for many, many years and has not lost - is now pink.

Of course, it is an internet rumor, so take it with a grain of salt. Or two.
