Don't take him too seriously, the guy is a troll called Liberated Aka Donatello.

    Nice!

    Have you read it?

When I first read Dante's Inferno I was outraged to find Mahomet in the lowest circle of hell as a heretic!

But now I realize that Dante did not know much about Islam and thought it's an offshoot of christianity!

    Will Self, Dorian.

Mainly to see how successfully he reworks 'The Picture of Dorian Grey'. You know, beyond added gayness.

I just read Female Chauvinist Pigs by Ariel Levy and Living Dolls: The Return of Sexism by Natasha Walter.
I will admit to having believed I was completely fuckin' alone in my beliefs before reading them. >.>

How do you stick with a book and finish it? Tongue

As much as I enjoy reading some books, sometimes I put it down and just don't pick it up again, there are a few books that I've started reading and just stopped.

And I also have a habit of wanting to read 'everything at once' lol. So a bit of this book, then later i read a bit of that book....maybe that's my problem and lack of self-discipline.

I'm starting to prefer non-fiction books too, fictional books are starting to look like a waste of time except for improving my english in general by reading.

I kind of go through phases where I don't touch a book for month, followed by constantly reading. I don't know how you're supposed to pick up a book every other week and stick with it. *shrugs*

I tend to do that too, it has reached to a point that i use to read 3 or 4 books a day assuming i dont have anything to do: i read 3 chapters of the first book and keep it aside, same goes for the second one and another. There are some books that i couldnt finish and they are just there, dunno why i do that
