Sex is a natural human desire, just as eating, or sleeping. Granted, living an unbalanced life by over-indulging in any of those is unhealthy, but so is under-indulging. I don't see any virtue in denying your humanity. However, in my experience, sex IS best enjoyed with someone you care for deeply, and just like any good thing, can lose its power to delight when indulged in too often and with too many people, without regard for its more sublime possibilites.

    Bingo! Too many people pay the price for ignoring this truth and become victims of SENSATE OVERLOAD,where indulgence becomes a force of habit rather than something that's enjoyed and cherished. If in the satiation of your lust you manage to see your partner as a person with feelings of his/her own, then sex becomes a great communication tool,otherwise the sex act gets reduced to something you feel when you shit/piss whenever there's a great urge to do so---purely mechanical and perfunctory,hence truly joyless!

    I'd expect a high percentage of virgins here:
    - this forum is mostly young
    - this forum has many ex-Muslims
       - which makes it emotionally harder to have relationships
       - which makes it practically harder to have relationships
       - which makes it very hard to have an intimate relationship

    The odds are not in your favour and I think the chances in life would be different if you were born to say parents who encouraged you to date and would invite your bf/gf during secondary school to visit and were okay with them staying over the night.

    However, independence can change all this - at least I think.
