Jesus says nothing about slavery, rape, or child abuse either. If Jesus didn't want his disciples or any one to do these things do you think he would have had something recorded about him disaproving?
This one is easy.
Matthew 22:37 He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 The second, like it, is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.”
So with this the principles of all the law given to Moses can be applied.
Will post more references when I have some time.
People who are raping and doing child abuse are not Jesus disciples and are in line for adverse judgement* by God. As well as should being punished by the law of the land. Anyone who says or thinks they can do these things and can be free of punishment are fooling themself. Can they plead for forgiveness? Yes, sure. That is not up to me. I was sexually abused child (this is a point of history I have said it before not just for this conversation) and I think this is enough.
Keeping slaves is not against the law in the Bible. Treating them poorly, as subhuman however is against the law in the Bible. If a person can live with themself and before God, and keep slaves that is on there head not mine.
