key is man not to bring home junk food. if you bring it home you will eat it. & also take lunch to school / work so you dont eat out unhealthy stuff. and of course work out.
i have noticed working out at home can be quiet good. have u heard of p90x or insanity work outs ? you can download their dvds, they have lots of workouts that dont require a lot of equipment and some none at all. so I do those too here and there.
