Well I wouldn't want to impose anything on the people (that includes secularism) and could go on all day about reform, but I guess these are the main points:
1) Greater autonomy to the provinces and change the constitution and laws that I think are discriminatory towards minorities.
2) Remove anyone from the military, police and judiciary that has links to any political group.
3) Close down any madrassah, other religious institutions and schools that aren't state ran.
4) Say NO to the IMF. Financial reform and turn Pakistan into a socialist state

5) No longer be an American slave aka 'ally' (meaning let the US dig its grave quicker than it currently is in Afghanistan)
6) Improve relations with India, China, Turkey and other countries.
7) Put pressure on the UNSC to allow inspection of israeli nukes or else offer to sell nukes to.........Syria---only to be used in self defence of course.
I guess those are the main points.
Now lets her the criticism

How come Israel isn't the first thing on the list

As for the rest of it, Pakistan doesn't need to get closer to China, it is already China's best mate. It doesn't have any urgency in getting closer to Turkey either. What it needs to do is have normal relations with India.
Pakistan stands to gain alot from being friends with India. It can ride the back of an economy that is going to become an economic giant this century, and have access to Indian markets. Imagine a manufacturer in Pakistan, or an owner of a factory, after relations have been normalised, no more jehad, all of a sudden he has access to a market of over a billion people, with a rapidly expanding middle class with alot of money to spend, right next door, with the added bonus of the advantage of not just positioning, but the same language etc. Needless to say, setting up a socialist economy is ridiculous.
Closing down madrassas and tackling jehadis, well its all good intentioned, but I fear you'd end up as Benazir Bhutto and Salman Taseer did, either shot in the head or blown up by a suicide bomber, which seems to be the fate of anyone who takes them on directly these days. Not even your condemnation of Ease Rail would spare you and that would be a shame. Better stay in Yorkshire and live a life of safety and leisure, far away from the madness of Pakistan, although living in Bradford, you may as well be there.
