Verses Whose Meaning Only Allah Knows?

In the Quran we read that it is a clear book, easy to understand in several places:
O people of the Book! There hath come to you our Messenger, revealing to you much that ye used to hide in the Book, and passing over much (that is now unnecessary): There hath come to you from Allah a (new) light and a perspicuous Book, -- Quran 5:15
O mankind! verily there hath come to you a convincing proof from your Lord: For We have sent unto you a light (that is) manifest -- Quran 4:174
A. L. R. These are the Ayats of Revelation,- of a Qur'an that makes things clear. -- Quran 15:1
This statement is repeated in 36:69, 12:1, 26:2, 27:1, 28:2, 43:2, 44:2, 10:15, 19:73, 22:16, 22:72, 24:1, 34:43, and many many more.
But here comes the shocker:
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah.
And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding. -- Quran 3: 7
Quran is littered with verses that are completely senseless, especially to those who read Arabic Natively. If an Arab native with good understanding of Arabic (including its various dialects) were to read Quran, he/she will find 20% of it to be pure rubbish. Just look at the verses that go A.L.M, and A.L.R. What is the purpose of having these verses, except to confuse people and cause them to go stray?
Perhaps real reason for verses meaningless to humans is that Allah is extremely forgetful and wants to store some of his memories, intents, or other coded information in the Quran as it is an unalterable book.
But honestly, I mock at the notion of something calling itself a clear and complete book, while simultaneously making so many errors, following no chronological orders, and having no real chapters arranged according to a single topic. It is nothing more than a hodge podge of blabbering of a Kahin and a mad man.
The most merciful Allah, who is more merciful than your own mortal mother, is capable of punishing you for eternity for a finite sin committed in a finite lifetime with finite knowledge, while your mother nor any living creature that is NOT a sadistic mother fucker would never commit such an act.
