    I want to know that my life will not be too difficult if we revert to Islam. I am willing to accept the fact that we will not be able to have sex before marriage. But are you saying that Islam is just not appropriate for us?

    My girlfriend is a lawyer so she could support at least two husbands I'm sure. I want to know why Islam has rules that only fit most people - what you call normal. Should it not be flexible enough so I can worship Allah, but also have rules that better fit my situation?

    No you misunderstood me. Of course I wouldn't want my wife (currently girlfriend) to have another husband, but I love her so much that I want her to be satisfied even if it means we have to get a second husband. I mean what is the big deal to your God if we have a different family and we are happy, but will worship him, do salaat and pay zakaat and do hajj, you know all big requirements.

I'm certainly not going to play devil's advocate and argue the case for the more literal and harsher views of Islam, but Muslims like you do have their work cut out for them as regards ensuring women are not excluded or mistreated in the name of Islam in Muslim countries.     I struggled with this verse for many years trying to defend it (to others but really to myself). I wrote articles about it trying to explain how it amounted to a virtual ban (i.e. the two previous steps, removal of 'in the spur of the moment' act of anger, symbolic gesture etc...) but frankly it never sat well with me at all.

    But again, if you have no problem reconciling this with your heart and mind - then again I wish you good luck.

    which abu bakar are you talking about here,hazrat abu bakar was passed away long time before this battle,and you are wrong,hazrat ayesha was asked to not go in the battle but she rebel against this and went anyway.in any case,im sunni but i believe it was wrong decision she made to do this war against hazrat ali,she was young at that time,and most scholars agree it was bad decision by her,holy prophet pbuh would never allow her.

    if you want her to be satisfied then do it yourself,if you cant satisfy her yourself then dont marry her,be her brother.

    I doesn't make sense to me, we want to be together and make love and have muddy join us maybe so we can be happy, but ... never mind.
    I have a question you may think is unrelated. In al-Islam  what are my rights on sheep when it comes to sexy time? I think Allah did not prohibit it in the holy Qur'aan and it is not worship, so it is allowed? Also I think it should be allowed because God made the earth and everything on it for man to enjoy? I just don't know if there is a sahih hadith that said you should not do it?

    The sheep is not interested in being slaughtered for food either. Allah does not want Muslims to use sheep according to what they want. I said above, if you were paying attention that Allah had to make everything (this means including sheep) for man to enjoy. So am I forbidden to enjoy sheep is sexy time, or what are my right on the sheep? I thought Muslims should not lie, so give me information on your religion, please.

    Every girl is different, some are still pre-pubescents/children at 13 and it would be absoloutley un-Islamic for them to have sex even though it would be legal in countries like Spain, on the other hand a few are early bloomers and become mature at 9-10 (my grandmother was 12-13 when she got married).

    In warmer climates such as the Arabian desert girls mature a lot faster.

    Race also plays a part in how fast someone matures.
