It always baffles me how people can tolerate, or even like, the taste of pork, or lamb, since both have lots of fat inflitrating the meat. If one must eat meat, then lean meat like veal or deer is the way to go. (this has nothing to do with health concerns, I just find fatty meat absolutely disgusting).
Fat is fuckin delicious you fucking Philistine, that's why lamb and pork are so tasty. Meat fat, milk fat (e.g. butter, cheese), vegetable fat (e.g. olive oil, avocado oil)-- when it comes to fat it's all fuckin good, baby.
I never really cared for veal, but it's not exactly lacking in fat, debunker. Venison, while quite tasty, is lacking in fat, which is why a lot of people add lard to venison recipes.
